The hotel is in an excellent location. Just 3 to 4 minutes wallk from Al Rigga metro station. We stayed 5 days in a suite room. The bed is very soft and comfortable. Towels were changed every day. The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff were so nice specially Mr.Azam he is a BEST employer in the hotel he was so KIND with us and helped and explained to us everything in detail an easy and friendly way...

I booked a small room and Iām so happy when they upgraded it to a suite room. The room is clean however the tv is not working. Mr. Reda is very helpful.
